Terms and Service
Cancellations/Refunds:
A minimum of 72 hours notice is needed to reschedule an appointment. If you reschedule before the 72 hour grace period, you won't be charged. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your entire fee. There will be no refunds.
Payment Methods:
Payment is accepted through Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) or PayPal. I will create an invoice and Zoom link and email it to you in advance of the appointment. All invoices must be paid at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment and failure to pay in that timeframe will result in a cancellation of the scheduled appointment.
Your payment information will be used exclusively for completing the transaction for my services, and your credit or debit card details will not be stored in any database.

Payments Plans:
If you are unable to afford a session in one payment, I can offer to let you pay for the session in two separate payments. You would pay 50% of the full reading upfront as a deposit and once you paid the 50% deposit I would send you a receipt for your initial payment. You would have 60 days to pay the balance from the rest of your reading. If you are unable to pay the full amount within the 60 day period, I will gladly refund your money minus the payment processing fees.

What I need from you:
In order to get a reading done, you will need to provide your full name, birth date (MM/DD/YYYY), time of birth, and city, state, and country of birth. I will also need your email address and your phone number in order for me to create a file for you and to contact you if necessary.
What you get from me:
You will receive a 60 min. reading, plus a recording of the session and a copy of your chart emailed to you. It is the client's responsibility to be able to access the files provided with the correct software and technology. You will receive a Zoom audio/video recording and the chart will be a pdf. All sessions are conducted via Zoom and are digitally recorded. If there is a technological failure, I cannot ensure that the recording will record or be complete.
